跟之前入住的体验相比，饮用水变得不方便了，桑拿房关闭的太早了！九点一般才结束一天的工作，根本没有时间享受桑拿

Dear Guest, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are pleased to hear that you appreciated our convenient location. At the same time, we sincerely regret that your recent stay did not meet the expectations set by your previous experiences. Your comments regarding the drinking water arrangements and the early closing time of the sauna are well noted. We fully understand how disappointing it can be when facilities cannot be enjoyed due to a busy work schedule. Please be assured that the sauna opening hours can be extended until 10:00 p.m. upon request. You simply need to inform our front desk team and let them know your preference. We have only recently introduced our complimentary BRITA filtered water system in the hotel. May we kindly ask what you found inconvenient about it? The filtered drinking water is available on the ground floor as well as on the 3rd floor. Prior to introducing this service, we did not offer complimentary drinking water, and guests were required to purchase bottled water themselves. We hope this new service will be seen as an added value, and we would be very grateful for your feedback on how we can make it even more convenient for our guests.
