One of best hotel , really they deserve what they got , I can say only little things I can mention here , the car parking garage is high price , the lift need some modification for the reception buttons, is hard to press , rest of that everything is perfect , from the room wide , clean and nice stuff , the receptionist Sofia , she is very welcome person , also reception service very good and fast , always helpful stuff . Sure i recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hannover .

Had an overnight stay here while going through by train. Not very far from the Hannover hbf and accessible by tram. There is onsite parking as well. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room size was generous and well-appointed. Everywhere was clean and tidy. The beds were two singles which wasn’t great and they were a little on the firm side. Check in and out was quite quick and easy.

Staff not friendly not even saying hello/good morning/good evening. Seem not to be qualified Toilette was clogged and from Saturday morning to evening nothing was solved and instead we had to change rooms and employee was zero emphatic. Breakfast is very bad, especially due to the old bread of bad quality. In the country of bread, fresh whole grain bread in different variations is the minimum. We come to the hotel every year and it seems management has changed leading to the fact that we will select a better hotel next time not to come back.

Booked the hotel because it also had a well rated restaurant. Advised that the restaurant was „closed for the summer holiday“ when I checked in and that I could go to nearby restaurants. Breakfast in the hotel was good but that was the next morning.

Really large room, bed was comfy. Bathroom was really quirky, deep bath and standalone shower. Separate toilet which felt like stepping into a toilet on a plane. The room had a couch which was a foldout bed, a lounge chair a table and chairs. The was a tea kettle cups tea/ coffee etc a little sink, microwave and fridge. ( Which didn't cool anything). Easily accessible to shops the center of town and the train station is half a block away.
