Dear Davi L. d. S., as we are also in personal contact, I find it unfortunate that you are currently giving us negative reviews on various portals. As you know the trolley was unfortunately taken by another guest during the storage because the badge came off. We have already arranged that the trolley was delivered from Turkey to Germany and it has already arrived in Portugal as requested.
