Horrivel, como mencionei acima, localizacao boa, possui garagem e cafe da manha com atendentes excelentes. Porem tive problemas com nao ter 3 tolhas de banho, tendo que todos os dias buscar na recepcao, pois era um apto familia. foi entregue a outra pessoa/perdida uma mala que foi deixada para guardar na recepcao, a qual foi localizada um tempo depois, mas ate este momento 3 semanas apos hospedagem ainda nao a recebi, pois foi enviada a local errado e pessoal do hotel ( nao quero expor nomes) nao esta ajudando muito e nao parece ter boa vontade. Esta me custando EUR 1.000 de prejuizo que ja estou imaginando nunca mais rever. Resumindo decepcionado com atendimento que estou recebendo, lamentavel isso.

As you know the trolley was unfortunately taken by another guest during the storage because the badge came off. We have already arranged that the trolley was delivered from Turkey to Germany and it has already arrived in Portugal as requested.
