Good stay overall, the hotel has an excellent locations, facilities are clean, the breakfast is quite complete, and the attention is fine. Only issue is that heater was working on and off during my stay (October end) which is cold already. Everything else was fine.

Booked a last minute stay for 2 nights due to a change in travel plans. Excellent price. The room was huge with a great bathroom and nice small workspace. Very comfortable bed. Room was front facing so not very quiet once the trams started. Breakfast at €25 was too expensive; there are better and cheaper places nearby which are open from 0830. As a regular traveller to NWR I will definitely be staying there again.

Hotel is well located a short walk from the main station (this was the reason for choosing this hotel for 2 nights), however for tourists it is a little bit out of the way of the main attractions. We stayed in a "Superior Suite with one double bed" which was very large with plenty of space and offered great value for money. Staff at reception & at the bar were very friendly and helpful. perfectly adequate hotel for a short stay

Unfortunately not located in the nicest area of the city and not suggested to walk around in the evening.. beside this the staff was very keen and professional, the room clean even if a little bit sad .. breakfast also in a standard range with a wide offer ..

I'd stayed here a few years ago and remember it was a little tired, but ok. Just spent 3 nights here, as it was really cheap considering it's Gamescom week. £138 for 3 nights. The big problem was the aircon not working. It's an old fashioned controller - two plasticity dials for fan speed and thermostat. The air that is blown out is room temperature so is utterly useless. Told it would be fixed but it never was so I had to get a fan from reception. The other problem is there's only one socket vaguely close to the bed, and that is used by the TV. So no TV for me as I had to plug the fan in. Additionally, the coffee wasn't replenished on the 2nd day (the tea etc was) and nothing was replenished on the 3rd, tho the room was cleaned. Plus point is the window soundproofing. It's two double glazed units stacked that can both be opened. Zero noise from outside. So, it's okay and if I can get a cheap deal for next year I'll consider staying again. They might have fixed the aircon by then.
