Este foi a pior experiência que tive num hotel da rede Accor. Como factores positivos teve o preço e o facto de ter reservado (sem dar por isso) uma tarifa budget e me terem sido atribuídos quartos com ar condicionado e mini frigorífico. O pior de tudo foi a limpeza em áreas comuns. No 4º andar junto às escadas esteve uma mancha em que o calçado colava durante 2 dias sem que fosse limpa. Durante o pequeno almoço foi frequente o chão estar mal limpo ao ponto dos sapatos colarem ao chão. As alcatifas nos vários andares estão com manchas e "ondas". Nos quartos o mobiliário é velho, as portas rangem, as casas de banho são velhas,...

Ótima localização, muito confortável. Chaleira e café/chas com reposição muito bons para um café/chá antes de dormir. Banheiro com chuveiro e banheira otimod. O único ponto fraco é que na descrição do quarto, quando reservei, estava escrito que tinha cortinas blackout e o quarto que fiquei não tinha. Isso atrapalhou um pouco o sono.
