La pulizia delle camere è pessima, macchie gigantesche sulla moquette, polvere sopra i mobili, non c'è impianto di climatizzazione ! nessuna presa per cavetti USB , NON E' SPECIFICATO CHE L'ACCESSO AL GARAGE È CONSENTITO SOLO A VETTURE MEDIO PICCOLE perché l'entrata è troppo stretta. E l'hotel non si prende alcuna responsabilità per eventuali danni ai veicoli. Mai più in questo albergo .

Arrivo alle 14:45 e sebbene abbia il livello Gold accor, alla reception mi fanno aspettare le 15 facendo passare altre persone già alle 14:55. Mai successo. Stanza parecchio datata ma confortevole e pulita. Bagno ampio e pulito ma anche quello datato. Ambiente comune bello e confortevole, ampio bar ristorante che ho visto poco utilizzato dalla clientela. Almeno mi hanno concesso un late check out grazie ad un'assistente alla reception molto disponibile che ha contattato la direzione lasciandomi la stanza fino alle 14:30.

La stanza non è male. Ho fatto l'errore di dare per scontato che ci fosse l'aria condizionata quindi fate attenzione a leggere bene cosa é incluso. Ess3ndo abituata a pernottare negli ibis budget mi aspettavo un livello simile ma non è cosi. Inoltre, il personale non è stato molto gentile. Per finire, c'è un bar ma senza nulla da mangiare e il barista, piuttosto infastidito, mi ha detto che la macchina d3l caffè era rotta

Si trova vicino alla stazione di Westbanhof ben collegata al centro città con la metro in 10 minuti si arriva al Duomo.Inoltre c'è un enorme centro commerciale con ristoranti e bar.Vicino anche al castello di Schonbrunn (5 minuti di tram).Dispone di camere singole con un buon prezzo.

Camera Superior di media qualità (piccoli problemi come il rubinetto che schizza da tutte le parti), non ben fornita. Colazione molto buona. Deludente l'accoglienza per un viaggiatore ALL Platinum (no upgrade alla camera deperimento, etc.). Problema al check-out dovuto ad un errato importo riscosso al check-in. In tutta onestà mi aspettavo di meglio, visto anche che avevo prenotato due camere.

Hotel collocato in una ottima posizione, a breve distanza dal centro e vicino ad una fermata della metro. Peccato per le stanze che meriterebbero una ristrutturazione. Da segnalare la buona pulizia della stanza al momento dell'ingresso. Purtroppo in quattro giorni (tre notti), uscendo per le 10 circa e rientrando per le 15/16 non hanno mai risistemato la camera.

Parto dall’unica cosa positiva di questo hotel: la posizione, ottima, a 100 metri dalla fermata della metro e quindi a sole 3 fermate dal centro di Vienna. Ho soggiornato nella camera chiamata “Budget”, ovvero la più economica di questo Mercure, che ricordo essere un hotel a 4 stelle. La camera era imbarazzante: vecchia e sporca (peli sulle lenzuola). Il bagno, con vasca, non funzionava correttamente. Dopo la doccia, la moquette della camera si bagnava: evidentemente la vasca perdeva acqua. Ricordo che si tratta di un Mercure, quindi di un 4 stelle. Sconsiglio vivamente la colazione: 25 euro a persona a notte è un prezzo assurdo e fuori di testa. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è assolutamente discutibile. Hotel vivamente sconsigliato.

Hotel situato in prossimità della metro con cui è agevole raggiungere ogni posto di Vienna. La camera era molto silenziosa e confortevole. A colazione vengono forniti ottimi prodotti. Forse qualche saccottino, cornetto in più ...

Per fortuna non ha fatto troppo caldo ed abbiamo potuto tollerare il fatto che la camera non fosse climatizzata (non era presente un climatizzatore d'aria) e questo è ormai un fatto molto raro già in un hotel di media/bassa categoria. La cosa che ci ha un pò lasciati perplessi è che il mobile bar fosse stato lasciato chiuso a chiave e questo ci ha fatto pensare che non vi fosse fiducia nel cliente. Pertanto, una struttura che tutto sommato poteva ottenere un giudizio più alto, onestamente, merita un punteggio di appena sufficienza, proprio per le disattenzioni (vogliamo considerarle così) da parte del nostro host.

Wir waren schon oft im Hotel. Immer sehr zufrieden. Der TV ist leider in die Jahre gekommen und so funktionieren immer weniger Sender.Leider funktioniert der Kühlschrank der Minibar auch nicht.
