L hotel è in posizione strategica a Vienna. I ragazzi della reception sono molto cordiali e disponibili la colazione eccellente molto varia e squisita.. Unico neo la pulizia delle camere, anche su segnalazione alla reception la camera non è stata sistemata il secondo giorno del soggiorno sebbene non ci fosse nessuno cartello fuori la porta e avendo lasciato la camera libera dalle 8 alle 20 pensavo che fosse un servizio indispensabile
