Had a classic room and was not disappointed. Room large and clean. Would say if you can be on floors above as traffic noise busy first thing in morning. All clean and very friendly staff. A good nights sleep and that is the main thing.

Great hotel for business use. Plenty of quiet areas to work in where service comes to you. A little pricey for what was a standard room for 1 but when you factor in the location it kind of makes sense. Staff is super friendly, very welcoming which is rare these days, especially the lady at reception (Vasela) who was very helpful with all my needs, and I had many! The food in the restaurant was amazing and again the waitress (Sigita) was very welcoming. Only real con ironically was the air con, which seemed to not cool down the room at all. Will absolutely be staying here again!

A very positive experience with the hotel. The hotel was chosen because it was near St Pancras train station. The breakfast was excellent and there were sufficient choices so that one would not feel bored despite staying there for four nights. Due to mobility issues, I had dinner twice in the restaurant hotel.. and the food was really excellent. When I needed a taxi to go to Paddington station to take the Heathrow Express, the concierge from the hotel wheeled my bag across the road, hailed a cab and loaded my bag to the cab. He told the cab driver to help me with my suitcase upon arrival! What service! Well done, Pullman!

I booked the Pullman London St Pancras for a single overnight stay for business on Tuesday 16 May 2023. I found the hotel online looking for somewhere convenient to stay ahead of a meeting the following morning. The Pullman seemed ideal, but when it came to booking it I thought it was very expensive at £530 for the night (including breakfast) but thought it's central London so at least it'll be a nice room. I was wrong. The room was incredibly basic, the room was tiny, and for some reason the sofa bed was in 'bed' mode so ate up all of the floorspace not taken up by the normal bed. The decor was naff, the carpets worn, the cabinetry all damaged with paint flicking off. Just really underwhelming for the price, I looked longingly out of the first floor window to the premier inn across the road which I'm sure would have nicer rooms at a lesser price. I took a shower before dinner; the shower knob was the wrong way around so you had to turn it to 'blue' to get hotter and 'red' to get colder, no big deal I guess. Unfortunately the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner aren't well presented small bottles for individual use, but large bottles bolted to the wall which is yet another rubbish detail for this price point; made worse by the conditioner bottle being completely empty. I then went for dinner in the restaurant downstairs which was delicious; the grilled whole plaice and a glass of pinot noir went down a treat. After dinner I went back to my room and intended on doing some work, but the "100% free" wifi didn't work; I couldn't connect on my phone or my laptop. "Nevermind, I'll watch TV" I though, except that didn't work either. Again, £530 for one night. I went to bed at 9.30 because with no internet and no tv there wasn't much else to do. At least I was well rested for my meeting in the morning.

First of all , great location. I loved the stylish lobby and restaurant. What a gem 👌 The staff was very friendly and always smiling.We will definitely stay in this hotel when we return to London. You should also try German Gymnasium at nearby.
