We are delighted to hear that you appreciated the stunning views from your room, as well as the attentive service provided by our team, particularly in the Club Millesime Lounge. We acknowledge the challenges you faced during breakfast due to the busy atmosphere and are grateful for your understanding. Our team constantly strives to provide an exceptional dining experience, and your comments regarding the omelets and waffles are appreciated. We take note of your feedback regarding seating availability during peak times, especially when the sandstorm occurred outside on the Terrace, as we will continue to explore ways to enhance our service in this area, rest assuring you, that your valuable feedback was shared with all concerned Head of Department Managers. It is gratifying to know you enjoyed the pool and that it exceeded your expectations despite the temporary renovations, as a pre maintenance review highlighted unanticipated upgrades that must have been completed to maintain safety and quality for our Guests.
