Rude receptionists and Terrible Coordinations

I was on transit in cairo airport. The Egypt air employees gave me a transit voucher to that terrible hotel. It seems that the employees in the transit desk and the hotel never coordinated, so according the hotel employee (I think his name is Amro), they are full and no longer accepting transit passengers, so they just scribbled another hotel name and said I needed to go there. Needless to say they were extremely rude and they could have handled it in a better way. Of course Egypt Air is also to blame. I am never going to use that airline or that hotel.

Bit of a shambles

We checked in very late but I am platinum and had given plenty of notice. Beware that breakfast unlike every other Novotel I have stayed in is not included and do not expect great service. The Suite was great, bed was very very comfortable but check in and check out and service was chaotic. Its the only Accor hotel where there is no private checkin for Accor, there is no lounge and the staff can be quire surly which is a shame as it's a nice hotel.

Terrible hotel

The worst service I have ever seen in my life, the staff in the place are not interested in service at all, no one answers the room service, and if someone answers you, they send you to another service, and so on. What a tragedy. It’s really a shame

Good fir our overnight by airport

The hotel staff were nice.The shuttle to and from the airport was great.. It was very quiet. However, the room that we got 3124 was a little dated. And even though it was very clean there were signs of wear and tear in the bathroom especially. Just needs an update on the rooms and that section of the bathroom.. the soap and shampo dispensers probably need to be changed out with newer bottles and general appearance around the grout areas need to be cleaned up a little bit better.

We stayed in October, hotel very well located, The service from waitress Mayyer at the Pergola restaurant was exquisite.! She is smiling, super attentive , lovely. Super negative point: the hotel allows smoking inside. The smell of cigarettes is disgusting. People throw smoke in your face all the time. this needs to change Hotel 5 minutes next to the airport, offers free transfer but the timetables are confusing and the boarding point at the airport is not signposted, we had to take taxi.
