Comfortabele kamers (zij het wel een tikkeltje aan renovatie toe), uitstekend ontbijtbuffet met zeer ruim aanbod, vriendelijke service, fantastische ligging op D. punt van Zamalek.

Heerlijk hotel, groot maar persoonlijk. Fijne restaurants, zalig zwembad met voldoende ligbedden en parasols. Goede service, fijne receptie-medewerkers. Personeel is top!

Jammer dat bij booking.com niet goed vermeld stond dat zwembad gerenoveerd werd. Voor ons niet duidelijk en daar was hotel op uitgezocht juist

Zeer sfeervol hotel met een prachtig onderhouden tuin, waarbij de restaurants direct aan de Nijl zijn gelegen. In de gezellige lobby is het met een drankje heerlijk genieten van dagelijks pianospel. Daarnaast zeer goede service en behulpzaam personeel. Met name toen onze koffers in Zürich waren achtergebleven, hebben ze er alles aan gedaan om dit probleem zsm op te lossen. Schone kamers met een mooi uitzicht op de Nijl. De bootjes op het water kunnen nogal lawaaierig zijn, dus houd daar rekening mee door oordopjes te gebruiken. Zowel het ontbijt als het avondeten zijn van zeer goede kwaliteit. Kortom een aanbeveling!
