This is our first visit to Nagoya and Mercure is a pleasant and convenient choice. The main railway station is only a short walk away. The surrounding abounds with quality restaurants. The building may look dated from outside but room is neat, tidy and spacious. Staff is courteous and helpful. Highly recommend.

We had a delightful three-night stay at the Mercure Nagoya Cypress, which truly exceeded our expectations. Upon arriving earlier than the standard check-in time, we were pleasantly surprised and deeply grateful when the staff allowed us to check in immediately. This gesture was particularly comforting after our long journey by Shinkansen, and early check-in is not commonly found in many hotels, especially in Japan. For those traveling by train, this hotel is ideally located just a 10-minute walk from the station. Make sure to use the "Sakura-dori side" exit for the easiest access. The location is a significant advantage, offering not only convenience but also a plethora of dining options. The station itself houses numerous restaurants, and nearby, the Aeon Mall provides even more choices, including a supermarket for any additional needs. The room we stayed in was impeccably clean with a comfortable size, fitting for a relaxing stay. While the hotel might show its age when compared to newer Mercure properties around the world, everything was in good working order, which was more than satisfactory for us. Given its excellent location, the warm hospitality of the staff, and the functional, clean accommodations, we would not hesitate to choose Mercure Nagoya Cypress for our next visit to Nagoya. It's a stay that combines convenience with comfort, making it a top recommendation for travelers.

We love staying in this hotel as it is so close to the Nagoya station and the malls . Very convenient. Great staff and nice rooms . Rooms are big and comfortable and clean Many great restaurants around the area . Highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back .

Hotel precisa de uma atualização/ reforma principalmente na questão do carpete nos quartos, para quem tem questões alérgicas não recomendo! Precisa também de uma melhora na questão da ducha de banho e na qualidade das cama! Mas o hotel tem uma ótima localização muito próximo a estação e possui um cafe da manha honesto!

できた当初は小田急系のセンチュリーハイアット、その後味噌のナカモが買収し、アコーホテルズの中高級ブランドであるソフィテルを冠しますが、ナカモ保有の他のホテルと同等の中級ビジネスホテルに軸足を移し、シナジーを発揮しようと目論んだようです。 センチュリーハイアット、及びソフィテル時代に一度ずつ宿泊し、3度目ですが、所々にアッパーミドルの名残があるものの、リノベには金がかかっておらず、それなりの質感になっています。年始のメイン客はベトナム、インドネシアのツアー客だったようで彼らの詰め込み観光前の朝食とバッティングしてしまい、サービスから英語で話しかけられる始末、ある意味稀有な体験でした。
