I was very impressed with the high standard of service at this hotel. During my stay, I encountered a minor concern, which I reported to the team. The matter was handled with excellent communication, professionalism, and efficiency by the hotel Manager Mike. He responded promptly, kept me updated throughout, and ensured the issue was resolved quickly and to a very high standard. This experience gave me great confidence in the hotel’s commitment to guest care and service quality. It is reassuring to know that concerns are taken seriously and dealt with proactively. Overall, my stay was very comfortable, and I would be pleased to recommend this hotel to others seeking a well-managed and customer-focused experience.

Hotel room was okay but there was no ac even though it was one of the hottest seasons in belgium. The reception desk was almost always empty. The hotel was also very far away from the center and the public transport from the hotel to the city center was minimal. Altogether the place was very sketchy and there were lots of catcalling even right outside the hotel. As a young girl i would not advise going there and to definitely get back to the hotel when theres still light outside because during nighttime its extremely scary and dangerous. When we were walking back to the hotel a bit later in the evening we got stalked. Also there was no mini fridge so you cant have any type of food that requires refrigeration. If i had the choice a wouldn’t go there again even though the price was cheap.

Rooms ok. Breakfasts ok. But the receptionist behind her desk was the worst person I never seen at that position. So rude with all the clients coming to check in or to ask information. I will always remember her. Really chocked. Will never come back

The room was clean and actually pretty modern for a budget hotel. Only bad experience was the shower where the shower head was falling off during showering and there were not many places where you could put your clothes. Although the breakfast buffet was small the food was delicious.

OK option for budget conscious traveler

Good budget option very close to the airport. I arrived on a fairly late flight into Brussels and picked this hotel because of it's location and low price for a short one night stop before moving on early the next day. Typical Ibis Budget comfortable bed a/c was ok not great as it was extremely hot I believe in the mid 30's C the day I arrived. I took breakfast in the morning €10 for a small selection but it was adequate. A bus stop out side took me directly into the city centre in about 30 minutes.
