Effective Hotel and Good Value

Pillows are super hard but rooms very spacious but overall feel of hotel is basic but clean and effective. The road which is close does not mean noise seeps into the bedroom due to dual windows meaning you could get a good nights sleep. AC was a little old and having stayed in Dec, temperatures are not a problem - not sure how effective that AC is during the heat of summer though I did not stay for the continental breakfast but its available but at 18Euro per person, it's a little on the high price when you consider the station and Westfield's shopping center which is full of different eating locations is just a 5 min walk. Parking is available but we managed to find a more reasonable hotel 6-7 min walk which we parked the car. I think as the hotel is so close to the Eurostar terminal parking charges would be higher. Bathrooms are very strange, independent pods inserted into the room giving the Toilet & Shower Room the sort of feel of a space station or aero plane but it did the job but I've never stayed in a hotel like this before where this occurs.

Ideal location just across the road from Lille Int station for Eurostar. Friendly helpful staff gave us a warm welcome. The large room on the 9th floor was perfect for a couple of days. The fridge, coffee machine and microwave are useful additions. We would have liked some milk alongside the coffee pods. The hairdryer was broken on arrival but was replaced swiftly when asked. The room was a little chilly for us but the thermostat couldn’t be increased. A great idea with the free chilled water fountain in the lobby to fill your own bottles, reducing the waste of plastic bottles. All in all this is a great hotel for a short break. Can’t comment on breakfast as at €18 per person, we thought it was a little expensive. We bought croissants and yogurts from the supermarché and are in our room. Hotel is convenient for Westfield Euralille shopping mall too!

Perfect location for a short break on Eurostar. Stepped out of station and hotel right across the street with easy short walk into city. Rooms large and well appointed with great sound-proofing. The breakfast was fantastic - great range of mostly continental style food. They also had scrambled egg and sausage. A clean smart hotel - perfect for a short city break.

Stayed at Novotel Suites for 3 nights whilst on a family city break in Lille. For those travelling by Eurostar the location of the hotel is perfect as it is adjacent to Lille Europe station. Access to the city centre is only a few minutes walk away. Breakfast is a continental buffet and is best described as basic but plenty of options and the quality was good. The first room we were given was extremely hot as the A/C wasn't working. When I mentioned to reception staff I was offered another room which was good however some of the TV features (Chromecast) wasn't available in this second room. The room only had plug sockets on one side of the bed which was a little annoying and all needed EU plug adaptors. No USB ports throughout. Some staff felt a little unwelcoming, but others were very friendly and helpful. Overall I probably would stay again, but would argue the prices are a little too much for the hotel / breakfast that you get.

The young man who checked us in went above and beyond. The sofa bed in the room was missing bedding which he sorted out and personally made the bed. The room was peaceful and couldn't hear any noise from the nearby station on the 9th floor. They also had a few games in the foyer for kids including a giant touchscreen device for playing angry birds. Breakfast looked nice but we got our fix of pastries at the Paul shop in the train station. They don't have a restaurant but they have plenty of chilled food options and UberEats offers hundreds of nearby options along with the Westfield on the other side of the station. Lovely comfortable beds and beautiful water pressure in the shower. Our room had both a bath and a shower and separate toilet. Massive LCD screen in the lounge and a table for playing games or having some dinner. There was a small fridge and microwave and kettle and sink and plenty of space to hang your clothes but an extra couple of power points on both sides of the bed would be great as one side didn't have any sockets. The only downside was the hairy dryer in the room didn't appear to work or we couldn't figure out how to turn it on. Beautiful rituals soap, shower gel and shampoo was great. They offer a discount rate on parking in the car park next door on the right side and for drop off there is a 20 minute free parking section just a few metres before the hotel on the left side.
