Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 persone, in pieno agosto. L'hotel è ben posizionato e facilmente raggiungibile con la macchina. Le camere sono spaziose, anche se l'arredamento risulta un po' datato. Abbiamo avuto alcuni problemi con la stanza che sono stati prontamente risolti e il personale si è rivelato sempre solerte e cordiale. La colazione era adeguata anche se nei momenti di maggior afflusso non sempre era tutto disponibile.

Camera spaziosa e confortevole. Non amiamo la moquette, ma c'era un buon livello di pulizia. Comodo parcheggio interrato, anche se abbastanza caro. Metro a 10/15 minuti a piedi, posizione non comodissima per raggiungere il centro. Personale molto sbrigativo e non disponibile a dare le informazioni (alla domanda "come raggiungo la metro" la risposta è stata "metti il nome della stazione su Google Maps", oppure quando ho chiesto il supermercato più vicino mi è stato risposto "vai per di là").

Camera molto spaziosa che avrebbe bisogno di essere ammodernata ma tutto sommato accettabile. L'hotel è situato in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla e il centro si raggiunge abbastanza facilmente con tram o con metro (più lontana rispetto al tram).

Utilizzo questo hotel da anni: pur non essendo centralissimo, si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della U-Bahn di Alte Heide (U6 che porta a Marienplatz in 10 minuti). Facilmente raggiungibile in auto e con parcheggio a pagamento sotterraneo (autonomo rispetto all'hotel, ma con accesso diretto con ascensore). Le camere sono silenziose, spaziose, pulite e dotate di microonde e bollitore. Eccezionale rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliato per famiglie con bambini (noi eravamo in 4, due adulti, due bambine, di 7 e 12 anni). Personale sempre cortese e disponibile per ogni necessità.

Nessuno del personale alla reception seppur disponibile e paziente, aveva conoscenza di un minimo di lingua Italiana e questo mi ha reso difficile farmi capire al check -in. Il vostro albergo e' completamente rivestito di moquette, per niente igienico e brutto da vedere, inoltre la suite superior era molto piccola. Colazione e parcheggio esclusi dal prezzo totale e inoltre l' ascensore si era bloccato 2 volte facendoci preferirei le scale al 4 piano. Mi dispiace ma non credo proprio tornerò nel vostro hotel.

Avevamo già soggiornato presso questo hotel e lo abbiamo scelto per il mini angolo cottura che si trova nelle camere e lo spazio della camera familiare.Ci sono inoltre ottime offerte. Andrebbe un po' rimodernato perché si vede nei dettagli rovinati ma è pulito e il personale è gentile. Molto comodo la hall con bar per la sera e la piccola palestra.Il parcheggio è un po' caro ma utilissimo

Bella struttura, a 5 minuti dal tram, 10 dalla metro U6, camera grande con vasca e doccia, microonde e bollitore, scomodo il quarto letto a terra ma per il resto andava bene. Ottima la pulizia, buona la colazione

Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 notti nella Family Suite: camera decisamente spaziosa, perfetta per 3-4 persone. Il 4° letto si estrae da sotto il letto matrimoniale. Presente una mini cucina con microonde, minifrigo e piccolo lavandino. Bagno alla francese o simile a quello di una crociera (1 bagno con doccia e vasca + 1 bagno piccolo solo con wc e piccolo lavabo). Un po' fuori mano, nel quartiere dove hanno sede le grandi aziende (es. Microsoft, IBM, Amazon...) ma collegato molto bene e facilmente raggiungibile sia dal centro (metro U6) che dall' aeroporto (Lufthansa Bus Express)
