Soggiorno positivo, camera di dimensioni adeguate, pulizia sufficiente, in bagno buona la presenza di vasca e doccia ma la struttura prefabbricata e tutta in "plastica" è un pò economica. Apprezzabile il silenzio della zona, il traffico è lontano. L'hotel si trova in un quartiere moderno e molto verde in parte residenziale ma soprattutto con uffici. Rari i punti di ristorazione, nei weekend quasi tutti chiusi. Assenti i negozi nelle immediate vicinanze, bisogna fare più di un km per trovare un supermercato o un fastfood. Per andare in centro città è consigliabile prendere a circa 400 metri il tram 23 e a capolinea la metropolitana U6 o U3 e in 20/25 minuti si arriva a Marienplatz. Personale gentile e pronto a risolvere eventuali problemi, ovviamente bisogna parlare il tedesco o l'inglese. Il locale per il breakfast mi sembra esiguo rispetto al numero delle camere e il prezzo della prima colazione è caro.

La camera era spaziosissima e dotata anche di forno a microonde. Pulizia buona, ma non impeccabile. La posizione non è comodissima per esplorare il centro ma è molto tranquilla. Pochi parcheggi e quello dell'hotel è molto caro (euro 20 al giorno)

Ottima disponibiltà personale e molto collaborativa. Oscuramenti e tende malfunzionanti e assenti (decisamente obsolete e no manutenute) Letto aggiuntivo decisamente inadeguato ale aspettative (da terra senza rialzo)
