Great location, excellent rates, and comfortable bed. The breakfast could be improved, and same for the parking lot that is a bit confusing... every 1st time on the day you take your car out you need to pay for the daily. Why not to charge advance or at the end?

I have stayed at location often and it is great every time. This time I reserved a suite and the room is awesome. Highly recommend this location for shopping and locations of excellent eateries. Also close to businesses, but traffic is an issue.

My second time in the Mercure. Rooms are comfortable breakfast is great (don't forget to ask for your omelet). This time I tried the jim and pool which is kind of funny because it is situated in the parking garage of the next house. The thing I missed was a coffee machine in the room. This would be my fifth star.

Nice clean hotel convenient to a mall and many restaurants i. 10 minute walking distance. Bartender Sal is great . Has pool a d small workout area. Buffet breakfast. Comfortable bedding. Clean convenient

I'm used to stay in São José for weekends and unfortunately this hotel is getting old fashioned, mattress too soft, noise/dirty air conditioner etc. There's also the old issue related to Valet service, it always a time consumer. Restaurant and common area is good and sophisticated.
