The hotel is well located for those traveling by car through Dutra. It presents a good cost x benefit. Unfortunately the hair dryer was not working. Overall it was clean and in good condition. The staff were also very attentive.

This Ibis Hotel is a excelent option for those coming to work in the city, passing by, or even traveling to the Vale do Paraiba region. Close to Dutra, the main highway joining São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, it has a great location, just beside a big shopping mall.

Loud and very old air conditioning

The air conditioning was very loud and very old . Needs to be exchanged or completely overhauled. The only alternative room was a room for handicapped people. Was a little complicated to use because shower and toilret was separate from sink and mirror.

This is a hotel where the picture on this review gives you an idea of their housekeeping - this was taken in the late afternoon after returning from work. THIS is what they assume is a made-up bed (sheet folded on top of the blanket whick looks like someone watched TV on top of). Bathroom looks like it hasn't seen water other than water dripping from guests after shower. There were bugs on the bed. Simply don't. I won't ever again.

n May 20, 2019 I stayed at this hotel. The 1st apartment was with the air conditioning broken.I was transferred to a 2nd apartment, also without air conditioning. Again transferred, now to the 3rd apartment, by surprise, also without air conditioning.The desk clerk said that it was a problem in the central system. So ... I opened the window and tried to sleep, despite the heat.I will not be returning to this hotel.

Prezado Acelino Lamentamos o ocorrido, o problema pontual no ar condicionado foi sanado. Esperamos recebê-lo novamente em nosso hotel. Atenciosamente
