Gosto da rede porque sei o padrão que vou encontrar e, na dúvida, escolhia vocês. De todos os ibis que já fiquei esse foi o pior. Desde o atendimento até as instalações. Solicitei cama de casal e apenas encostaram duas camas de solteiro. A cama arrumada para o meu filho tinha uma alavanca perigosa, ele dormiu comigo em uma cama de solteiro. O banheiro estava mofado. O atendente foi extremamente rude, pata usar uma palavra educada. Experiência horrível, só não fui embora porque cheguei na madrugada e precisava dormir. A partir de agora repensarei a tranquilidade de reservar um ibis, totalmente decepcionada e receosa.

Cheguei à noite, fui bem atendida na recepção. O quarto estava bem arrumado. Outro ponto importante foi o transfer que ajuda muito para quem está sozinho. Só falta um forno pequeno para esquentar um um sandwiche próximo ao bar. Talvez uma geladeira com alguma salada verde ou frutas para quem chega a noite.

Hotel muito ruim, ar condicionado é desligado durante a madrugada e nao funciona. Nao tem comida para jantar, imagina ter que sair e ir jantar em outro hotel depois de chegar cansada do vôo. Cheguei com uma criança e nao tinha nenhuma refeiçao para oferecer, apenas lanche,
