Great Hotel

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very attentive. The breakfast was very good and had lots of selection. The best part was the rooftop gym and spa area. I spent two afternoons in the sauna, bi-thermal showers and jacuzzi.

Excellent (considering a third world country and dense urban area that has suffered much) hotel which is close to many attractions. Good restaurant on the premises, wonderful street market a short walk away. A uniformly friendly and helpful staff.

Well run, comfy hotel with great food, well equipped gym and spa.

Excellent, good quality city based hotel. Clean, well run with a good restaurant and great little café. Loved the comfy bed, white linen and feather duvet. There is a well equipped gym, steam room, sauna and spa on the top floor. Cafe and restaurant on the ground floor.

With staff as friendly as a puppy parade, rooms cozier than a hibernating bear's den, and a bed that cradles you like a cloud-hugging hammock – this place earns a solid 4 out of 5 stars in the satisfaction galaxy. Almost perfect, just shy of a five-star rave, but hey, perfection is overrated, right? Pack your bags; you're in for a treat with this stellar 4-star haven! 🌟

We spent 3 nights in this hotel at the end of a month long trip through Peru and Ecuador. I wouldn’t recommend it. On our first night, a holiday party being held in the main floor restaurant kept us up past 1am. Neither the staff working that night, or the next morning seemed to understand why this was a problem. We were moved to a room on a higher floor which didn’t seem to have been used in some time, or redone. It was musty and the balcony leaked into our room during a wild rainstorm later in our stay. We found the front desk staff were limited in their interest or ability to help. The hotel was also not as well located as we’d imagined, and we were continually warned not to walk anywhere from it after dusk.
