At first I was impressed with this hotel as the lobby is lovely however after entering my room my opinion changed rapidly. There is extensive mold in the bathroom and there is zero soundproofing. You can hear conversations from the street and everything from the rooms near you as well as the hall. I had laundry and for a few shirts, socks and undergarments they charged a bit over $60. It was a obvious scam and I almost told them to just keep the clothes because for that small amount of items I could purchase new ones for that price. I can't recommend this hotel at all.

We stayed here as part of a tour group and it was great. The rooms were very spacious and the bed comfortable. The staff was really nice and helpful. Although we did not have time to enjoy it, the fitness center and spa on the 10th floor was lovely. In addition, the hotel restaurant was excellent. We also had a chance to enjoy the bar which, though small, was also lovely. It you are coming to Quito, this is a great option

This is a nice hotel conveniently located. Beds were good. Drinking water was conveniently located by elevators. Each room has a safe. BE SURE TO USE IT FOR ALL VALUABLES. I had a small tablet which I forgot to lock up and it was taken. I did report this and the staff was quired, but noone admitted to taking it. The breakfast buffet is very good. The highly rated exercise area on the top floor is closed on Monday--my only free day so I was unable to use it. The staff was very helpful getting reliable taxi or Uber which were reasonably priced.

Friendly check in and staff very pleasant throughout the stay. Large clean room, good bathroom and toiletries provided if needed. Good air conditioning as well. The breakfast had a mix of food styles and plenty of choice. Stayed twice either side of trip to the Amazon.

First, the rooms are huge,comfy and outlook the street below. Great pool and massage services.. the restaurant serves the best food around,eat there most nights and the bar makes the best mojito. Staff is nice and rooms are very clean. A couple issues with reception desk,they lost our laundry and then found it, just had to remind them,the key card kept not working and having to go down to complain
