Dear Miguel, Thank you very much for taking the time to give us some feedback on your stay with us. We are very sorry to hear about the trouble with the blanket - this should of course not have happened! We take cleanliness very seriously and will be passing this mistake along to the relevant department so we can make sure it is not repeated. Sadly, due to lack of both equipment and staffing, it is not possible for us to offer warm foods at breakfast. Therefore we only offer hard-boiled, cold eggs. We hope the rest of your time in Graz was enjoyable! Best regards, Hannah

No es nada cómodo y mi cobija estaba sucia con restos de sangre. Fatal!!!! La ubicación es muy buena el personal es muy amable.
