Does what it says on the tin! Handy when you are travelling. Got the last room. And no issues. There are restaurants over the road but they close rather early.

This did what it said on the tin, we had taken their very last room without booking, staff were very helpful. The breakfast was really good, far better than the 5 star we stayed in , in the Lando. Was easy to find, and we slept well...

I changed my booking from Valence to Clermont Ferrand North as this hotel was now nearer my route to Dieppe. I was very surprised how good the staff were in the hotel. I arrived late and all was sorted at the desk in the IBIS next door. The room was very comfortable and quiet and very clean. I requested Gluten Free breakfast and the bread was ready and waiting for me. The breakfast was excellent and have had far worse in very expensive hotels. As a budget hotel thos one is very difficult to beat.

We stayed there 4 times this year, as a break in the journeys to and from the South of France. It is a perfect location for us, quiet, clean, welcoming. The staff is always helpful and friendly and for the price, it is a very good value stay.

A first stay at this brand. Arriving, you definitely feel that this is the "annex" to the adjoining Ibis. The reception was unmanned and all the chairs were up on the tables in the breakfast area. Not very welcoming after a long journey. Registration was done next door so it was back out in the rain. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. Our room faced the back and was quiet. Having a lift was a bonus. The arrangement of separate toilet and shower worked well. Although the bed was comfortable, the frame creaked noisily at the slightest movement from either of us which was not acceptable given the price of the room. There was no information in the room about how anything worked, such as the TV and the A/C, nor a menu for the food served next door. Breakfast provided a good choice and set us up for the journey but there should be a tea cloth on the breadboard to wrap the bread without everyone putting their hands on the baguette when cutting it. There didn't seem to be many people staying in the hotel and few staff; we only saw the chambermaid and the girl who put out the breakfast. Both were pleasant. The prices of chain hotels in France creep up every year. This is definitely a budget hotel but not a particularly cheap option. We would consider the brand in the future.
