Room was ok but dirty

Whilst the room was ok, it definitely needed a clean. Found toe nails on the floor and the dust on the walls was thick! Bed was fine, shower was a modular unit, very small with extremely slippery floor. No power points near bed. Bedside table was not reachable from bed. Location was poor, located in an industrial area with no shops, bars or restaurants within walking distance. This became a greater issue as the hotel was unable to provide dinner and the bar was not open. As for Breakfast ….. what a mess. Whilst only 3/4 full, they ran out of everything: eggs, bread, coffee, plates, cutlery. Despite knowing exactly how many people were staying in the hotel they were totally unequipped to deal with them.

I'll book again

The receptionist was very helpful. The room is spacious and had a good view but the breakfast and service are modest. The advantage is that the hotel is located behind a mall. The rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel should make a gym.I think for a business trip the hotel is perfect.

Bad located! Simple hotel, clean, but… it’s not close to the airport. There’s no taxi, Uber or transfer from/to the hotel. The reception desk don’t help you with the transfer. It’s not kids welcome once they don’t accept a small child in the same room with his parent. You have to book 2 rooms if you have a small child.

not positive: no hot water ( I had to take a cold shower). Bar area and reception very hot, TV in the room small and outdated. Poor breakfast. positive: comfortable and clean rooms. Fast and kind welcome

Kudos to the friendly staff that resolved our booking issue! Due to our flight cancellation, we “did not show” to our hotel reservation and arrived a day after. Thanks to the receptionist, she was so accommodating and understanding and she was able to resolve the accommodation issue. She also provided accurate instructions on train and bus schedules/locations.
