Staying here for one night is fun with family. The room is comfortable, the service is good, everything is good. The pool is beautiful, it's very good to go everywhere. Close to family, the food is really good. Good goodd keluargaa sayaa senang sekali

Everything was very good.Novotel hotel is very close to the city. We have a breakfast and always ask plus capoucino. Firman at the reception of breakfast was very kind. You can ask anything if you need something to eat or drink. Room and the bed was very comfortable.

Bed was very comfortable , I can sleep very well. You can find a lot of shopping center nearby the Hotel.

Amazing hotel and amazing staff!!! Olivia was very kind and helpful with us. Room is comfortable. Delicious breakfast. The wiew from the balkon to the hotel Garden is beautiful. One of shopping center is very close. If Im coming to indonesian I always stay át Novotel palembang because its véry comfortable, and friendly staff, I love it.

Big room and full fill guests needs. Keep it great work. The service is great Communication skill from Riska when I have breakfast in the morning is great. Such a good communicator. The culinary is tasty and varied. Brings the guest to Palembang best Creative Economic side.
