I enjoyed my holiday here. Breakfast And food was delicious. Room was comfortable And the Service was excellent. Riska was kind in the restaurant. It is possible to ask massage And play billiard. I am here second time And never been gone other place in Palemban.

A Resort in the city... great big and nice pool, spacious room, gardens, perfect beds, comfy room, definitely a great hotel but still with lots a room for improvement. nice breakfast but compared to other Novotel hotel, this one have a very limited choices and taste is so so. Slow check in, their staffs seems not cope up to handle more guests, i have to argue a bit with staffs only to have adjacent rooms. I'm silver accor member which entitle for welcome drink, somehow they insist that only one glass, while other Novotel gives us the whole guests a welcome drink. Anyways its a very nice hotel, definitely will come back again, but hopefully they can enhanced their staffs, in terms to interact with guests

After a grueling week of unexpected challenges, I had no idea where I was or how to find my way back to the serenity I once knew. As dusk fell, I spotted the comforting glow of Novotel Palembang. Drawn in by its inviting warmth, I stepped inside, where the tranquil lobby offered a stark contrast to the city's frenetic pace. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles, their calm demeanor easing my frazzled nerves. The next morning, during breakfast, Rizka and Jihan, two waitresses, went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Their kindness was a balm for my weary spirit. They offered not just warm smiles and thoughtful service but also friendly conversation that helped me begin to unwind. As I savored a quiet breakfast in the hotel's serene dining area, I felt a wave of relief wash over me.
