I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the room was spotless and comfortable. I will definitely recommend this place to others. Everything was perfect. The hotel exceeded my expectations with excellent service, great amenities, a relaxing atmosphere, and of course a very satisfying breakfast menu, I’ll definitely be back.

Great places with good room, good food with very much choices. The room also clean and good service by the staff called fitri. Need to come back to the hotel . View was great , facilities also complete with sauna, spa and etc. Location also very easy to reach

One of the best hotels in palembang for a longer or shorter stay. Breakfast is good. Service by the waitress Ms.Riska is very kind. Pool and the sauna is a must try at this hotel. Room on the 2nd and 3rd floor will be good, rather than the 1st floor.

Novotel, Is the hotel good in palembang city i'm very exited here because here thne one and only and palembang, and my mom and dad verry happy for the view nice here. I'm and always happy for two day i'm stay here, staff here always takecare me and family. And staff here very good, good atitude.. and for food good🫶🏻
