We had a 13 day stay that we booked 12 months ago. Stayed as part of the Accor Vacation Club. We feel as though we were given the worst room in the property. Poorly maintained room and facilities. Had to clean all kitchen items before using and wipe the thick film of dust out of kitchen cupboards. Told there was a communal laundry and led to believe that was it. Other members had washing machine facilities in their room. Housekeeping staff were the heroes of the stay. Poorly maintained garden beds and overgrown vegetation, causing more bugs and bees to inhabit the property than should be. The room was damp and smelt mouldy. This was like glamping, not a resort. Would have left earlier if we could have flown home. Would not recommend, nor return. EVER!.

Beautiful location with friendly staff. It's a nice set up in nature with lots of amenities. The welcome and information letter was clear and detailed. The Wi-Fi and kitchen items were well maintained. It was generally clean and overall a nice stay. They added a Birthday platter & card which was a nice touch! Soaking in the cedar spa pool was one of the highlights! Some feedback: the 2 rooms had spider webs on the bedside lamps, on cupboard shutters in bathroom and on the kitchen range hood. Some blinds were cracked/missing/left big gaps. The carpet was fraying badly in one of the rooms. One of the beds was a murphy bed that was too soft. Tree branches were touching one side of the roof and it was very noisy the first night as the branches kept hitting the roof as it was a little windy and they hadn't been trimmed. It was a disrupted sleep. Food Feedback: The restaurant menu was very limited and pricey. The breakfast was ok but the hot food was only just warm. On the second day we opted to have a Continental breakfast and not the Full Breakfast - all the pastries were overdone and looked burned and after many things got finished they were not replenished such as the cheese platter, pastries, some of the teas & fruit platter. We had gone early so they could not have run out. It was disappointing. We borrowed the tennis rackets & balls which have been well used - the strapping was coming off the handles and the balls were losing their fluff.

Fantastic private units. Feel like you are in a treehouse.
