Etwas weit vom Zentrum gelegen. Frühstück nicht so vielfältig wie von 4 Sternen erwartet. Personal ist sehr nett, wir dürfen etwas früher einchecken.

Als ich angekommen bin, habe ich meinen Ausweis übergeben und mir wurde die Zimmerkarte ausgehändigt. Als ich am Zimmer angekommen bin, ließ ich die Tür nicht öffnen. Daher bin ich erneut an die Rezeption gegangen. Hier hat man mir dann zwei Karten ausgestellt wieder für das gleiche Zimmer. Als ich dann da war, ging die Tür auch auf doch das Zimmer war schon belegt durch einen anderen Gast. Es war für mich tatsächlich etwas überraschend. Als Entschuldigung habe ich ein Getränke Gutschein bekommen für ein Glas Wein ich weiß es zu schätzen muss ich zugeben hab ich mir viel Gedanken gemacht, wie das sein kann, dass fremde Leute in das Zimmer reinkommen. Hier würde ich vorschlagen dringend etwas zu verbessern, dass ein Zimmer das schon belegt ist auch als dieses angezeigt wird.

Die Nähe zum Stadion und Flughafen waren für uns ausschlaggebend zur Hotelwahl und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Die Dusche hatte leider kein Warmwasser und die Polster sind zu hart. Ansonsten aber - weiterzuempfehlen!
