Although we didn't stay in the hotel, we needed a coffee and Douglas and Gustavo on reception were really warm and friendly. They made sure we got a coffee and somewhere nice to sit in the Foyer (after a long flight early morning time). Their service and attention was wonderful and if we come back through Sao Paulo, we'll be sure to consider staying here. All the best! Seth

Noisy location far from airport

Hotel is in a noisy industrial area with hgvs all around. Fine if visiting one of those businesses but as it’s over half an hour to the airport in the morning which doesn’t make it an airport hotel - at least to me. General areas are tired and rooms were half clean eg stains on sofa and smelly. Staff were good but can’t polish a t*rd as they say. Do not stay there far better options nearer to airport including on site.
