这次参展过来的，4分钟计程车马上到Expo Center Norte展馆，酒店附近就有商场很方便，治安也不差，几天下来也没有看到流浪汉什么的。酒店的早餐也不错，款式不多，不过都够了，也很干净，没有出现拉肚子什么的情况。就是房间隔音有点差…不过带上耳塞就能解决了哈哈。

No internet for 2 days, no help from reception desk, my room key was not working every time i was arriving to my room and i had to go to reception again. They charged me 1 more day even after I changed my reservation 1 month in advance!!

Thanks for sharing about your stay. We are sorry for the events. We will share your comments with the front desk staff to prevent events like these from repeating themselves. 酒店check-in的时间有点慢，房间里的基础设施有待完善，冰箱的声音有点吵，隔音效果有点差

Normally Novotel network provides quite nice service. There is always an exception. My stay there was not good one . No welcome smile at all at the time of check-in . No happy face employees . Surprising !! I am premium status holder from hotel membership , but no recognition . I was disappointed , and try not to return there again. There are many hotels available there.

This was the sixth or seventh time @Novotel Center Norte. As always a very good choice, the rooms have everything you need as a business traveler, nice breakfast with a lot of variety and near by a big shopping center. As well the international Airport is pretty close to the hotel.

Novotel São Paulo Center Norte is an excellent hotel for closed events, far from the best attractions, making traveling difficult and with a very bad neighborhood. A lot of travel time is spent to theaters, airports and restaurants in the city.

Easy acess to Shopping (quite near). Easy acess to downtown. Near of main Highways and Avenues. Gym and swinpool services in high quality. Near to International Airport of Guarulhos and Congonhas also.

一共住了2天，第一天完全没法睡，坐了长途飞机到酒店11点，隔壁小区不知道在干什么，一直到凌晨才消停不放音乐。给前台打电话说要换房间，前台非但没有道歉，而且说每个房间都一样，不让我换。很无语的一次体验！

I was satisfied with the stay. Great service in general. the restaurant was closed and the hotel habilitated some meeting rooms to accommodate breakfast and dinner. The sushi restaurant should've have longer operating hours to provide additional dining options.

I didn't expect such excellence in hospitality for that price! Best breakfast and cappuccino (in the bar), people are great! The room was big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. One king size bed and 2 single beds.

Met my needs. Showers could have more water pressure, ideal location for those attending expos at Center Norte or Anhembi. Rooms are big and quiet. Walking distance from Shopping Mall with good variety of shops and food court.

The hotel is OK and convenient, nice restaurant. My only complaint is when checked-in it was 10:00AM, after a long flight, the clerk at check-in told that I need to wait until the room were ready because there were not rooms. I totally understood because the standard check in is by 3:00. But my surprise was while I was waiting a lot of people were coming in and getting rooms. I waited almost 2 hours until I decided to approach the Check in and complained about it why others people were getting and I didn't, immediately the new clerk assigned a room. I think it is not fair the treatment because the rule is for anybody unless I wrong.

客房乾淨，地點離展覽館近，有專車接送至購物中心跟展覽館，附近也有地鐵站。只是附近環境治安不是很好，晚上盡量不要單獨外出。

Very good and confortable rooms! Excellent breakfast and services. Shopping mall just beside the hotel, where you can find restaurants, shops and some entertainment for those who are in business travel and needs pratical things.
