We stayed at Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy on 19 to 22 Sep 2024 and we would like to thank you to Service Staffs in Lobby: 1. The front desk staff provided truly superb service, handling all requests with efficiency and a warm demeanor. However, the rooms themselves, along with their accompanying amenities, felt noticeably dated. The decor and furnishings showed signs of wear and tear, suggesting a need for modernization. While the staff excelled, an update to the physical spaces would significantly enhance the overall guest experience and bring the hotel up to contemporary standards. A refreshing facelift is definitely in order to match the excellent service.

Staff are incredible and looked after us well. We had an issue with our room the first time we stayed... the windows were leaking and making the carpet very wet When we advised we were moved to another room with no issues. The second time we stayed we had no issues at all the room was great., I cannot stress how good the staff were but Aaron was exceptional to us both times. Super handy location with the MRT just out the front door. Will stay here agin.

We had stayed at this hotel previously and had thought that it was good stay. So when my partner and I found ourselves in Singapore with two different flights out: me on a red eye flight onto Istanbul at 2.15am and my partner back to our home in Saigon the following day. We chose this hotel for its welcoming service and close proximity to the airport. We managed to have a very nice early dinner at the shopping mall opposite the hotel and then I managed to get a good three hours sleep. We even used the executive lounge for a late night coffee before I headed to the airport for my flight. My partner stayed the night and was provided with a complimentary breakfast the next day due to my loyalty status. All aspects of our short stay from our warm welcome, suite upgrade, right up to my partner still being recognised for my diamond loyalty after I had left, definitely impressed. We would choose this hotel for a longer stay on our next Singapore stay.
