However, we’re sorry to learn that certain aspects of your stay, such as the bed comfort and the parking security, didn’t meet your expectations. We're currently reviewing our bedding to ensure all guests get a restful night’s sleep and are considering adjustments to the mattress toppers. Your suggestion regarding CCTV and parking security is well noted—we understand how crucial these elements are and will look into ways to enhance them for greater peace of mind. Finally, we are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused by the toaster situation and the bread quality at breakfast.
