The location is great but when it comes to hotel staff, its really sad. You ask anything their immediate reaction will be frustration! Breakfast buffet was very sad in taste. All the hotels in UAE provide unlimited drinking water but here the staff giving water was very very rude, he said you better pay and drink. This is not how you talk to guest! When asked for extra bed and explained house keeping that I have paid for it, he was soo soo soo rude, he said you call reception and ask them to call me, why will I listen to you and dont bother calling again! These were his words. There were many such instances and I will definitely not be going there again!

Located at the top of Jebel Hafeet, the hotel has excellent views over Al Ain. The big hotel offers a variety of activities to cater for many different needs and interests. While it has an incredible potential, customer service is increasingly low so have low expectation. A guarantee of a baby cot requested in advance and confirmed at check in, does not guarantee you get one - we never did! If you request a late check out, don’t expect to be called back. Departments do not talk to each other and seem to have no interest in helping customers. Slow service at reception readily leaves to queues. Facilities are closed before 9am meaning you cannot even get a towel for the pool and no one cares to find an alternative solution. Go there for the view and bring some food with you as the quality leaves room for improvement too!

Worst lunch experience. Food bordering on inedible. Service sweet but ineffectual. Long wait for bad food. Considering the view is its selling point. Clean the windows and the sills!. Food not even well microwaved. Cold in the centre. Price point ok.
