Unfortunately, my tour schedule one night stay @ Mercure. This resort provides stunning views from every angle. There are plenty of things to do for family, including swimming indoors and outdoors , mini golf, game room, spa, fitness center, and children play area. The resort needs some updates. However, I was satisfied with my stay.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. **Rooms:** The rooms were old, dirty, and smelly. The air conditioning was not functioning, there were hairs in the bathtub, and there was no towel provided in the bathroom. **Food:** The quality of the food was very poor, resembling cafeteria standards. **Service:** The service was terrible. All employees seemed unhappy to be there, and the staff was unhelpful and even aggressive. It appeared that there was a significant management issue. I highly recommend avoiding this hotel; it is a disaster. I hope it will be removed from the Accor brand, as it reflects poorly on their reputation.

We were on a group tour to Dubai and only stayed here for one night. I wish we could’ve stayed longer. It was absolutely beautiful there. It’s very modern with beautiful views. Our room was perfect and bathroom was spa-like. The lounge was very nice to visit before our buffet dinner. The sunset was breathtaking. Our dinner and next day breakfast buffets were outstanding. I honestly didn’t want to leave this hotel. If visiting Dubai, this hotel is a must. I loved everything about it.

We had an incredible stay at Mercure Grand Jebel Hafeet with our kids, and it exceeded all our expectations! The hotel is perfectly perched on Jebel Hafeet, offering stunning panoramic views of Al Ain city that are simply unforgettable. The facilities are excellent, especially for families. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the play area, which was well-maintained and safe, giving them hours of entertainment. The swimming pool was another highlight — it’s spacious, clean, and surrounded by beautiful scenery, making it perfect for both relaxation and fun family time. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. The ambiance of the hotel, combined with its serene location, made it a perfect getaway for both kids and adults. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with activities for kids and jaw-dropping views, Mercure Grand Jebel Hafeet is the perfect choice. We can’t wait to visit again!
