This was really an unexpected surprise. Although the hotel is not new, everything was clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We ate dinner at the restaurant which was also very good, as well as the breakfast. Will definitely come back again

We expected a bigger balcony to enjoy the view but there was space for just 1 person to stand there was disappointing. Twin beds were smaller than usual size in other hotels. We had paid for extra matress for the 5th member , we got a matress with polythene on which is really uncomfortable and disturbs everyone with the plastic noise . We had disturbed sleep due to this . A waterproof matress topper would have been ideal for protection and comfortable to sleep on . Breakfast wasn’t great , no fruits at all , no cereal , no milk , no yoghurt .... means not much option for kids !

The place on the mountain is just marvellous ..even weather is cooler a little bit . The trip up to the mountain is quiet an experience it self .. the room was big and nice .. staff were marvelous and very helpful .. the pool was nice and sunset view is a plus .. for sure i will go there again.. value of money is excellent

The Location is perfect, we enjoyed the view and lower temperature. The hotel itself is a bit outdated, did not much liked the room. Was struggling to make in-room orders (had to call 3 times to ask for a tooth brush), overall it was taking too long to bring the orders. The food was OK, but the only restaurant that was operating was more like a canteen. In the evening we asked the reception if we need to make a booking for the breakfast time so that to avoid the queue in the morning, they told us no need. But in the morning we had to spent some time in queue.

Poor service and appalling food.

The hotel location is great let down by the appalling food and poor service. The F&B manager needs to be retrained and the kitchen staff taught how to cook. My wife ordered salmon which was burnt in the outside and raw in the middle the steak was like leather and the children’s meals were burnt. The breakfast was no better with a 1 hour wait for 2 cold eggs and cold toast, It took 80 minutes to get a cup of coffee and there were only 12 diners in the room. The second morning was no better and we gave up and went out for lunch and the evening meal.

The trip nice. The hotel staff were helpful. There were 2 incidents that did not go well though. 1) the kettle that was given to me in room 409 had fungi and it was changed only when I noticed it a day later. 2) we forgot to bring some dishwashing soap for the baby so we requested for a little soap frm the kitchen. I was promised that it will be reaching me but never got it. That was a little disappointing.

Poorly informed staff and general poor experience in a dated hotel. Dining experience was terrible - poorly and cooked food served with COLD sauce. Wrong food also provided. No steak knives available for Steak. Same applied for breakfast - I knew it would happen as waiters did not write the orders down. No hand towels in the bathrooms. Only 1 lift operating - when I asked for the stairs, 2 staff did not understand me and kept repeating 'Rest room? Restroom?' None of the staff spoke English well. Also I asked 4 different staff at front desk and security and restaurant about the Hiking trail for Jebel Hafeet (2nd Biggest mountain in UAE) or how I can walk the mountain -- none of them knew this or understood 'mountain', 'hike' or trail'. One person told me it was not possible and said 'you can only drive'!

very good stay , view from mountain top was Magnificat , staff was very cooperative , room was very big and weather on mountain top was much better , even the way up to mountain top is a plus , overall i will be back for sure

Due to COVID situation, it was not possible to enjoy the breakfast. Everything came cold, the food and the drinks. Poor staff, they are trying to do their best but I guess it was not possible. But nonetheless, we enjoyed our short staycation, the pool was nicely cool, the room was good size with a balcony and beds comfy.

Just felt that staff were their doing a job, customer satisfaction was not part of the job description. So overall, they did everything according to their roles... Nothing special

Well, the service was unexpected for a 4 stars hotel. Kids pool was not cleaned, room service crew unprofessional, they brought me the tea bags and the coffee sachets in his hand without even a tray. Kettle old and dirty... Nevertheless the food was amazing, we tried 6 different main courses and all were tasty.

The Hotel is perfectly situated to view all of Al Ains attractions and has the most incredible views from almost anywhere on the Hotel premises. The Hotel staff were incredibly helpful and the hotel amenities were all in order and working.Great coffee shop and poolside bar. Rooms a little old and need a bit of upkeep but hotel premises perfectly maintained and clean.

My time was pleasant if not a little bit disappointing. On my second day their the hotel was ordered, by the government, to shut down the gym, spa, and all other "entertainment" facilities. I'm sure these facilities are lovely, but I did not get to use them. I was pleased however that my friends and I were compensated with a late checkout on our final day. The location was amazing, with awesome view of Al Ain, and the food was tasty as well. My only complaint with the breakfast buffet was that the cooks did not know what a poached egg was even though there was a picture of one on the menu. So over all I was satisfied with my stay, however I'm sure it would have been better if there were not a global pandemic.
