Just got back from Novotel for 4 nights room 315. The first couple of nights were very peaceful but on 3rd and 4th nights woken up, during the night, to extreme sound of water...informed by hotel desk, upon check-out on 4/3/23 that maintenance work was being carried out during the nights. Sorry Novotel, that's not how it works, I expect a peaceful and quiet nights sleep, every night, not just two....

Birthday trip to Budapest I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel is central and close to everything, which is very convenient to get anywhere. The room is spacious and clean, and I had a very comfortable and fun stay in this room, which includes a rich mini bar and a kettle, an espresso machine, and care products in the shower. I would like to thank the lovely and professional reception staff Zsofi, Adam, Daniel, Zsolt, David, Reka, and Attila :) who answered all my requests and questions every day and gave me excellent service with warmth and kindness. Отель хороший.Завтрак отличный.Мы заказывали гостиницу с сауной и поэтому выбрали её. Когда приехали то сауна не работала и её убрали с сайта гостиницы.Это плохо.Нас даже не предупредили что сауны не будет.В номерах не было халатов.Пришлось просить хоть мы специально заказывали улудшеный номера халатах.

Novotel Budapest centre is a perfect place to stay with a friendly atmosphere and it feels like a home away from home. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The view inside the hotel is stunning and rooms are clean and ok with all stuff you need while being away. Breakfast buffet is just plentiful and super. The gym is a bit outdated and very small. So for you Gymrats, it’s bettering train on bodyweight at the room or outside or just go to Peak Gym in Arena mall where you can get a day or 5 day’s pass. Nora and Reka and Attila are super!!! I highly recommend this hotel. Thanks for the perfect stay and see you again in the near future.

Очень жарко в помещениях,на завтраке не хватало мест и еды,неудобные подушки.Приходилось просить,чтобы пополнили запасы мыла,шампуня,бумаги,вынесли мусор.Очень разочарованы нашем посещением данного отеля.
