My husband is a diamond member of allaccor and they probably gave us the worst possible hotel room. Flooding problems. Tiny and dark. We went down to reception and asked for upgrade. Well, they did not even try saying other rooms occupied. their website showed plenty of other rooms available . Only one night but not good given service and utilities. Apparently big management problem. Avoid!!

The Hotel is in a great location in the heart of Budapest. Friendly and helpful on reception, the rooms are spotless, and the bathroom has a walk in shower, Facilities are excellent. The buffet breakfast is superb. Highly recommend a stay here.

Отель очень удобно расположен, до вокзала Келети 10 минут пешком. До остальных достопримечательностей можно легко добраться - пешком или на общественном транспорте. Мы бронировали отель с полупансион. Завтрак достаточно разнообразный, кофе и чай хорошие. Есть даже свежевыжатый сок и смузи. Вечером можно заказывать еду а ля карт. Блюд не много, но они достаточно вкусные. Только салат Цезарь не понравился. В номере был холодильник, каждый день ставили воду. Единственно, что не понравилось - кровать. Матрас был слишком мягким, плюс мягкий топпер. Но это дело вкуса.

Just returned from a lovely stay at this hotel. Rooms were great had everything you needed. We had 2 rooms booked and 1 was far bigger than the other hence 4 stars. But lovely & comfortable, tea & coffee facilities, basic minibar, and a bottle of water on arrival. Staff were all very helpful, friendly and efficient. Great choice for breakfast too, and just kept replenishing. Great location with bus, tram & metro right on your doorstep! Would definitely stay here again.
