Avoid this hotel Check-in was fine, but everything after was unacceptable. Bathroom had mould and cobwebs in the lights — basic cleanliness was ignored. A staff member entered my room without knocking while I was naked, a shocking breach of privacy. My confirmed booking for a double bed was ignored, and I was given two singles pushed together. Platinum status benefits were not recognised at all. The room was eventually comped, but that does not undo the poor standards or the humiliation. This hotel does not meet Accor’s brand level.

We really liked this hotel. It is very clean. Cleaning rooms is done every day, the staff is very kind and pleasant. We were warmly welcomed at the reception. I also liked the breakfast, it's very tasty. Everything is professional. I will advise this hotel to my friends.

Stayed for 2 nights in May. Easily found with old school GPS satnav. We stayed for the WEC Spa meeting - the circuit being less than an hour away. Getting into the parking at the circuit is however a totally different story! Limited parking directly in front/to side of hotel, but plenty of spaces adjacent with the restaurant/shopping complex. Friendly, efficient and good English speaking staff throughout. Rooms are as to be expected, compact, clean and comfortable. All seem to be quiet despite the nearby complex as above. The only room niggle was the lack of a coffee/tea station. The excellent hot/cold buffet breakfast was to a higher standard than the 3 stars for the hotel. Plenty of choice and surprisingly good coffee from the automated machines. Decent value for a peak/busy weekend. Would use again.
