I fully understand how disappointing and upsetting this must have been for you. We take your comments very seriously, and I assure you that corrective actions have already been implemented with our housekeeping and front office teams to ensure such incidents do not happen again. While I am glad that we were able to offer compensation during your stay, I recognise that this does not erase the inconvenience and distress caused.
