1 for the reception Room disgusting Mould patched up bathroom Shower was a dribble constant tap dribble Noise We left by 4 am just to get out of there Also smelly Seemed to be plumbing problems as the noise from pipes kept us awake Never to return

Disgusting. The bathroom is mouldy and rusty. The room smelt of B.O., noisy, and was just like a prison cell. If only I"d read the reviews before booking because it was so gross that I left and kept driving to Brisbane. The towels and sheets were clean though so that's a positive.

Never again!!

Room so tiny you have to shut the bathroom door while having a shower or the steam will set off the smoke alarm in the bedroom and you will be charged $1700 for the fire brigade to come. Stayed here because it was Accor but never again. Pubic hair on bed on arrival. Cancelled future booking I had scheduled. Smelt disgusting..horrible place.

Human faeces on Towels!!

We arrived and our room was double booked. We then were put into a room that had coffee stains on the bed cover and poo smeared on one of our towels. My partner and I were mortified and packed left straight away asking for a full refund. I understand that this is an Ibis Budget Hotel, however this was unacceptable! I used to work for Accor Hotels and they used to have standards. We will never be staying ibis hotel again! The only reason I’m giving 1 star is because I can’t do zero stars!

Avoid this hotel.

Stayed at some shocking places but this is the worst of the worst and such a disappointment for Coffs Harbour and the Accor Brand to be offering this. The low lights. Blood on the toilet and seat, Possibly cum stains on the carpet Hole size of fist Through the bathroom door Mould in the bathroom. Service was ok but staff seemed inexperienced and unable to process the refund through booking.com due to having no manager on shift. At best this hotel is slightly better than the lowest standard backpacker accommodation. Would not recommend for a family or even for business
