I sacrificed my points to cancel our return stay to this establishment as I've never been to such a small room hotel in my life and the sleep quality was very poor, the pillows were extremely thin and the beds very low to the ground. On arrival our host gave us a key card that didn't work I was told it worked so I went back up the stairs still didn't work, back down he came up and nope door electronic didn't work. After several attempts he offered us another room that wasn't ready so the last resort was apparently the good room I would of hated to see the first room. Our 4 suitcases filled the room you could not walk around the beds, the Breakfast supplied was OK. The only saviour for this place was the staff they were helpful and tried to make sure everything was good with what they had to work with.

We had 3 nights at the motel. Staff were all friendly. The bed and bedding were comfortable and clean. The hot water was plentiful. On the down side the carpet in our room was filthy, there was one wooden chair between two of us and there was one tiny surface to place anything. We were not offered a box of tissues or any extra milk after the first day. We stayed at another motel on the fourth night. For an extra $30 we had a totally clean spacious room, fridge with cold milk and water, a wardrobe with iron and ironing board. I’m afraid we will be wary of Ibis in the future.
