Perpignan, France -- The Land of THIEVES

Stayed at this hotel a couple of nights. Gated parking lot and 8 security cameras on the parking lot. Woke up on last morning and window was smashed and everything stolen from the trunk of the car. Front desk unwilling to help very much. Security company unwilling to look at the footage and identify the license plate of the car the thieves used. Police unwilling to investigate the footage from the hotel. Then I looked on the internet and found that Perpignan is notorious for theft from cars. The police told me the same thing. Gangs roam the streets at night looking for tourist vehicles to steal from and this hotel is unsafe and unhelpful to its guests. The city of Perpignan is filled with thieves looking to steal from you.

Difficult to find, but the room was OK. We bought half pension but what's set out in the booking was not correct. It was said that a drink was included but the receptionist said it was just a soft drink. When we arrived to the restaurant they didn´t even want to provuide that, referring to "the manager". After an argument they privided a bottle of water. We are disappointed!

Firstly the pictures advertising this place I don’t know where I got them from but it’s definitely not here Drove all the way from Barcelona but was given a room with a double and a bunkbed above which I found a bit claustrophobic so I did asked to change The receptionist was very nice but did not speak a word of English after half an hour I gave up I have a app Which I’ve never had trouble with before but she didn’t even seem to understand that eventually she said she had no doubles I’ve paid €65 so I have no choice but to stay the so-called air-conditioning only lets out hot air the room was stifling so I open the window was eaten alive by bugs and when I finally got to sleep I was woken at five by all the fumes from the kitchen 🤮The Wi-Fi doesn’t work the TV didn’t work the toilet stunk and so did the shower run run as fast as you can do not stay here what an awful start to my journey

We used this hotel as a stopover on our way to Spain It was very comfortable and suited our needs We travel with pets and no problems with them We requested a quiet room and we were accommodated without fuss.

Good location if your just passing through. Right next to motorway so easy access. Our car broke down so we had to stay 2 days therefore location not so great as there is nothing there staff were great and really helpfull and made our extra stay a bit easier
