Abbastanza comodo come distanza ma top perchè la stazione è attaccata allìHotel. Colazione abbastabza abbondante e di qualità. Pulizia discreta. Personale gentile. Letti top. Water lontano da lavandino e doccia, non benissimo. Le stanze le fanno di pomeriggio ma sono disponilili ad anticipare. L'unica cosa che non va è la moquettes, gli hotel non dovrebbero più averla. Consigliato.

Buon albergo e molto comodo per la sua posizione scusami. Stazione metro all’uscita dell’albergo e ottimi locali nelle immediate vicinanze. Zona molto carina da visitare. Stranamente il conto del ristorante non si può caricare sul conto della camera pur essendo scritto “ NOVOTEL “ l’intestazione dello scontrino. Palestra fantastica con attrezzatura Technogym e sauna. Pulizia da migliorare. Upgrade a camera executive…buona ma a questo punto non oso immaginare le altre camere standard.

Hotel perfetto per logistica e colazione davvero abbondante. Servizi buoni ma llo Skip daily clening andrebbe valutato meglio…soggiornare in 4 persone con due bambini per 4 giorni senza sistemazione camera e cambio asciugamani secondo me è un po’ troppo nonostante la apprezzabile iniziativa che però appare un po’ di risparmio costi per l’Hotel più che una scelta green. Per il resto ottima posizione vicinissimo a DLR e quartiere carino con molte scelte culinarie per cene.

Ottima posizione, a soli 15 minuti da London Bridge Station. La camera era pulita e confortevole. Il personale molto cordiale, in particolare Bina alla reception. Nonostante possa sembrare lontano dal vero centro di Londra si trova in una zona molto bella e tranquilla. Con il bus ci si va facendo un bel viaggio tra i quartieri di Londra.... ottimo cibo, sia a colazione sia a cena! Camere semplici ma pulite... in sostanza ottima scelta! Ambiente moderno e accogliente.

La struttura ed i servizi offerti sono eccellenti, per non parlare della posizione vicina a due linee ferroviarie e a una fermata del bus che rendono i collegamenti con tutte le altre parti della città facilissimi.

Abbiamo soggiornato con la mia famiglia 5 giorni in questo albergo,personale gentile e professionale,aria condizionata,palestra,posteggio e posizione perfetta,vicinissima ai mezzi di trasporto e in un ottimo quartiere. Vale la pena includere la colazione a buffet,ottima varietà e qualità delle pietanze. Direi che ritorneremo qui per il nostro prossimo soggiorno a Londra.

Prima volta in questo Novotel.Ho apprezzato molto la tranquillità della struttura, con una qualità del riposo veramente apprezzabile. Ottima la posizione accanto alla stazione. Letto e guanciali molto comodi. Mi è piaciuta la presenza di doccia e vasca in camera, un po’ meno il wc separato. Come in molti Novotel, purtroppo lo spazio negli armadi è insufficiente. Il mio essere socio Gold è stato totalmente ignorato al mio arrivo e questo mi ha sorpreso non favorevolmente. L’housekeeping potrebbe essere più attento. Con un po’ di flessibilità da parte mia e buona volontà da parte del personale alla fine il soggiorno è stato piacevole e confortevole, e penso di poter considerare di tornare. Nel complesso bene, ma non benissimo

Abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo soggiorno con tanti comfort. Unica segnalazione la mancanza di acqua in bagno ( wc) durante la notte.
