One of the worst customer service ever experienced, definitely not recommended. Check in was very poor, no help was given at check in at all. The service was terrible, not worth a 4 star hotel at all. Better service in a youth hostel than here. Many other options in São Paulo, don’t go here.

Comfortable room with comfortable bed. To improve, there is a lack of a plug near the bed to be able to charge the phone that we all use as an alarm clock at the same time. The only outlet to plug in was far, not even next to the desk to plug in the computer and it was not well installed, sometimes it worked and sometimes it did not work (room 1105)

The hotel is walking distance from fancy shops and all kinds of restaurants in an apparently safe area to walk even in the evening. Room is spacious, beds are really comfortable and shower is great. We enjoyed breakfast very much. Parking is available at extra cost.

Very well located in the City of São Paulo and room is very comfortable but hotel staff employees have much to learn. Staff should be concerned to solve clients' demands not only problems of the hotel.

Excellent location. Hotel is good. Staff is very impolite and not trained. Will never come back. Being part of Accor Group I expected better. Had problems with room Noise, staff acted horribly about it. General manager didn’t even care to hear about it.
