Good value for money for staying one night by myself while waiting to meet a friend. Few facilities but adequate. Pool area ok to sit in but didn't fancy venturing into the pool. Room spacious and lovely to have robe and slippers. Restaurant was disappointing, food mediocre.

Not a reliable, honest hotel!

I had a booking for Christmas time at this hotel (Non refundable and non cancelable). two days before arrival they contacted me that they could not accommodate me and offer alternative accommodation far away from their location, although three other Mercure hotels nearby were available. They lied that there was no availability at other nearby locations and said that I could make a new booking if I wanted and that I would get a refund. It took weeks to receive refund and many follow up messages. Highly unprofessional service. Not reliable hotel!

This hotel provided everything I needed for my business trip to São Paulo. The team at the front desk were professional and courteous, as was the team in the restaurant. The room was very spacious and enjoyed a nice view. The location was amazing with plenty of dining and shopping.

Very good quality to cost; excellent breakfast, including organic options and good espresso (which is rare in Brazil); located in leafy upper-class neighbourhood (Jardins), within walking distance to countells good restaurants; gym small but quiet
