We are truly sorry to read that several aspects of your stay, particularly regarding the condition of the sofa bed, the cleanliness of the bathroom, and the overall impression of the hotel, did not provide the level of comfort and quality you expected from a Novotel property. Even when intended for children, every sleeping solution provided in our rooms should be maintained in proper condition and offer a comfortable experience.
