The Receptionist, KingA was supportive and helpful. Easy check-in. The road in front of the hotel was closed at 9pm without warning, very bad as I was disoriented. Thanks to the police and the receptionist who directed me. The buffet was not worth £12.50, it was shaby

We choose to stay at Ibis as it is really very well located and a much better experience from Travelodge. Premier Inn in Carlisle is too far out of the City Centre. One feature of staying at Ibis is the free car parking to the rear of the hotel.
