Friendly staff, great location and lovely room. The breakfast was nice but we would have liked real baguettes as this is one of the pleasures of coming to France. The baguettes were hard and chewy. the evening reception lady did not put my freezer block in the freezer as asked but in the fridge. Not good!!

Pour la partie petit-déjeuner, notre buffet fait peau neuve dès la rentrée avec des vraies baguettes qui vous attendrons ! J'espère vous revoir très bientôt parmi nous pour profiter de notre restaurant traditionnel "PARAGE" et de nos belles terrasses fleuries Merci encore et Kénavo comme on dit en Bretagne

Ibis is a budget chain and the rooms aren't big or luxurious. But the bed is excellent, there are spare pillows, the shower is first-rate and (rarest of all) it has terrific lighting and a good work space -- hard to improve in the budget format, to be honest. The breakfast at this hotel was also much better than I remember from previous ibis stays, and well worth just under 11 euros for a great start to the day. The location is out of town -- but Brest is a town where the suburbs are more attractive than the centre. Free parking is welcome.

Notre parking gratuit est en effet très apprécié et je vous remercie de le souligner ! Arrived 11 pm - just in time to get a sample of Beaujolais Nouveau - very welcome. Also nice to have a hotel with windows that open - most hotel rooms are too hot. Also, unlike the last Novotel I stayed at (Toulouse) - there was loads of hot water for showering

No lift No tea/coffee making facilities No glasses in the room Initially given a room which was occupied by a young couple. Limited mobility room had a bath with shower over, not the usual walk in shower as in the other room we had booked (allocated on the first floor - so no of use to a person unable to climb stairs) Restaurant closed. Breakfast very basic with an egg boiler which must have a broken thermostat as it showers users with boiling water when turned on. The staff had it overfilled.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion after your stay at the Ibis Brest Kergaradec hotel. I'm sorry the benefits did not live up to your expectations. Be aware that work is planned before the end of 2019 to set up an elevator within the hotel.

The only problem I had with the hotel was no air-conditioning on one of the hottest weeks of the year. Everything else was functional. Breakfast was the usual Ibis standard. Reception were helpful. Car park was a good size.
