Very quick trip to Poland, I arrived rather late as just before 3am and I called the hotel to advise I will be checking in late due to my late flight. The receptionist was fantastic, ensuring me my room will be ready, so I had nothing to worry about. When I arrived, the rooms was ready, despite being 3am, receptionist was very welcoming, ensuring and super helpful! She made this check in so easy and hassle free! Despite having a room with window facing main street, there was zero noise coming from the outside, which was very comfortable and allowed me to sleep longer! So that was a great plus! My booking was a room only, but I asked for breakfast and there was no problem, they just added me to the list. Check out was just as painless and easy. Good to mention, they do have a car park at the back of the hotel which is only 40zl for 24h, so it makes is super easy and stress free, because there was very spacious. Great stay, and I will def stay again!

We stayed in the Mercure right in the old town centre of Opole. It was a nice and quiet hotel. The bathroom was a bit outdated but still functioning perfect. The staff was friendly and you can park your car in front of the hotel. Don't forget to pay though..

The short noticed booking by Phone call and best price option incl. breakfast was perfect. The Hotel staff was very friendly, breakfast, no Chicken or Turkey sausages, and bathroom would need maintenanceService but OK. The bed Looks Not Like Mercure Style, but i slept Well.

Even in COVID time you get a perfect service at this hotel. Short distance from the railway station and to city center. Lovely and very helpful staff at reception. Clean room and helpful house keeping, only breakfast needs same improvement. All together a great deal! I will come again!

I can only leave a negative review, because, upon checking in, they gave me the wrong room, which I did not book, really with old furniture, but after two hours with an apology I was given a good double room with new furniture in another building, which I was pleased with Therefore, my impression of the hotel was favorable, delicious breakfasts and dinners, the team was friendly The place is very convenient, near Central Bus and Train Stations, Zoo, Old Town, which has many good restaurants, I would stay here again, I would like this city
