Dear Mr. K., we very much appreciate your comments regarding your stay at the Mercure Poznan Centrum hotel. It is always a pleasure to receive positive feedback. I will share your comments with our team. I am sure that this feedback will serve as an encouragement to all our staff as we strive to continuously improve the quality of our services. It is advised by out Staff to receive the check upon check-out as if the Guest wish to receive ut right after the payment but stays for more than one night - the Guest will receive two check - the prepayment receipt and the settlement receipt which in some cases is more confusional for the accounting reasons. However, Guest may receive an "Information Folio" which is not a fiscal document but only a confirmation of payment anytime. When it comes to the window however, sometimes the Housekeepers do not close them properly after rehreshing the rooms.
