Ich bin enttäuscht, es ist meine ca. sechzigste Übernachtung in diesem Hotel. Ich habe es geliebt, insbesondere den Service. Diesmal, kein Wasser auf dem Zimmer, keine Kaffeemaschine, kein Willkommensgetränk. Die Rechnung wurde erst nach Aufforderung gesendet.

Dear Mr M., first of all, we would like to sincerely thank you for your loyalty — sixty stays with us is truly remarkable, and we deeply appreciate your trust in our hotel, brand and Accor chain in general. We are truly sorry that your recent stay did not meet the high standards you have come to expect from us. As you likely know, this is not the level of service we aim to provide, especially for our loyal Guests who visit us frequently. Please accept our sincere apologies for the missing water in the room, lack of coffee machine, and the delay in sending the invoice. This situation was not intentional but rather a result of a delayed reaction from our team to the reservation. We are truly sorry that you experienced this firsthand — it should never have happened. We will be reviewing this incident with our team and reminding them of the proper procedures in such cases, including offering upgrades or welcome gifts to our valued Guests. Alles toll. Sehr zufrieden mit Personal, Ausstattung und Lage. Sehr negativ: Kein Zugang zum Parkplatz durch das Hotel möglich. Sehr beschwerlich bei Koffertransport, wir sind Beide 72 Jahre alt.
