There is a swimming pool and sauna but no bathrobe or slippers. They recommend their hotel guests go the hotel pool in their own clothes and shoes. There is not even a dryer in this area. Four-star hotel - it is pathetic. This was my worst stay so far.

This hotel is lovely. It’s quite big but very spacious. Lovely helpful staff. The breakfast was fantastic & we had lunch one day which was delicious. There is a lovely bar area. It feels very homely. Rooms are big & comfortable. If I have one complaint it was that the loo is a bit low. We are quite tall & nothing to pull you up if a bit frail ( I’m not) but still struggled🤣 lovely toiletries Rituals. Staff very helpful & happy. The only sad thing at the moment there is a lot of work going on outside the Hotel. BUT IT WON’T SPOIL YOUR TRIP!!

Hospitality Kingdom

The hotel's second name should be "Hospitality Kingdom". Everybody was super friendly and helpful from the beginning to the very last guests. We had over 150 rooms for the Event and each of them was in perfect condition. All participants, even the VIPs were super satisfied with the stay. Also, great restaurant allowed us to relax after all day of hard work. Our main VIP guest praised coffee in the hotel restaurant. Fantastic staff, big parking lot, spacious conference rooms, delicious breakfast. I'm looking forward to our next reservation.

Clean hotel with friendly staff.

Everything was very clean and tidy, the staff was very friendly and the water jugs were a wonderful initiative to use less plastic. The restaurant was very nice and Lena especially was wonderful with helping me choose the dishes! I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Lovely stay

Perfect for what we needed. Close to the conference centre, town centre for alternative bars / restaurants and the train station to be able to do a day trip to Krakow. The hotel restaurant is amazing and the staff are all lovely, helpful and welcoming.
