Beautiful hotel, great place for business and private stay. Very nice, friendly staff always ready to help. The best hotel place in Poznań. I recommend delicious dishes in the WS restaurant. Close to the old town and the train station. Well-appointed rooms.

Unfortunately, the noise issue doesn't end in the lobby.

First impression: The hotel lobby is buzzing with life - sometimes a bit too much! 🏃‍♂️ The constant flow of guests, especially during morning and evening hours, creates an atmosphere more reminiscent of a busy shopping mall than a hotel space. This can be problematic if you're looking for a quiet spot for a business meeting or a moment of relaxation. Unfortunately, the noise issue doesn't end in the lobby. While the rooms are modernly furnished and comfortable, they don't always provide the expected tranquility. Sounds from the corridor and adjacent rooms can be intrusive, especially on weekends when the hotel hosts more tourists. What deserves recognition: * Professional staff handling high guest traffic with impressive efficiency * Excellent breakfast with a rich selection of dishes * Strategic location near major city attractions Areas for improvement: * Sound insulation needs significant enhancement * Room air conditioning system can be noisy * Elevator queues during peak hours In conclusion - if you value a central location and don't mind the hustle and bustle of a vibrant city hotel, Novotel Centrum might be a great choice for you. However, if peace and quiet are your priority, it's worth considering alternative accommodation options in a less busy part of the city.

Fantastic hotel in the center of the city walking distance to Old market and train station. Hotel has nice lobby with restaurant and very nice rooms with the view. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is FANTASTIC and the Team is really kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Great location close to train station, next to shopping mall and old town. Clean and comfortable rooms, underground parking available. Excellent f&b like breakfast and menu at restaurant. All staff members with professional and friendly approach.

- The whole building looks like it needs some renovation (for example, the bottom part of our room door had peeling paint revealing the wood). - The staff at the reception (all of them) were quite cold, unsmiling, and we had to almost force them to respond in a human way. In one case, the male receptionist was speaking with a customer and I just wanted to ask for a remagnetization of our cards which stopped working after only one night, so I approached him but he gave me a threatening look translated as "don't you dare come closer." - The rooms are good, although the single beds were quite narrow (I understand that this varies according to room selection). - The breakfast buffet was excellent. - All in all, if the staff is taught to be more friendly, and the hotel undergoes some basic renovation, Novotel Poznan Centrum would be as great as Novotel Warsaw Centrum (see my other review).
