Dear Sir, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I am truly sorry to hear that your experience with our service did not meet your expectations. I would like to kindly explain that the period around New Year's Eve is extremely busy for us — all rooms were fully occupied, and many guests left their rooms quite late. Our housekeeping team worked very hard to prepare rooms as quickly as possible, but unfortunately, only a few rooms were ready before 3 PM. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this caused. After thoroughly checking the reservation details from your arrival day, I can confirm that between 2 PM and 3 PM, two rooms of the type you booked were indeed checked in by other Guests. Please also understand that our hotel offers six different types of rooms, and Guests who checked in earlier had booked a different room category. Regarding your room type, I want to clarify that it does not include slippers, bathrobes, or minibar contents as a standard. However, in every bathroom, we provide information that Guests can request any items they need from our staff at any time. Our reception is available 24 hours a day and is always happy to provide necessary amenities — including slippers, bathrobes, extra pillows, toiletries, and more. Additionally, each room is equipped with a carafe that can be filled at will with filtered water from our dispensers offering sparkling, lightly sparkling, still, warm, and cold water. Near the carafe, there is a note informing Guests that if they prefer bottled water, we will gladly provide it upon request. I am truly sorry that we were not informed about your needs during your stay. If we had known, we would have been more than happy to provide all these amenities promptly. Thank you also for your kind words about our breakfast. I hope we will have another chance to welcome you back to Mercure Wrocław Centrum and provide you with a much more satisfying experience.
