This was 1st time here. Top location in the heart of Wroclaw, very attentive hotel staff. I got nig room, well designed but not 100% clean, I hope it was just simply, small mistake.

Very nice hotel indeed! The location is excellent—just a relatively short walk from the center. The staff were cooperative and clearly devoted to guest satisfaction, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Great breakfast and a fantastic overall vibe and atmosphere.

Just back from a 3 night stay in Wrocław. Great location - Very helpful reception. We had view of the city & although I have noticed some reviews on here have complained about noise, we certainly didn’t notice excessive noise. The hotel is right in the centre of town with trams passing regularly, but this is not an issue. The hotel is modern & well maintained. Wasn’t a fan of the breakfast, but I prefer English style breakfast. Overall I really great stay & experience

Stayed here for 3 nights in January. We had a corner family suite facing the church. The room was big, plenty of space for us as a family of 4, room was clean, beds were comfy and the views were great. A few complimentary drinks in the room which were replaced each day was a nice touch. On check in the kids were given special key cards that let them into the play area which was a good idea but a bit on the young side for our kids. Location of the hotel is very good. Very central, walking distance to most things and also with trams and buses just outside and next to a big mall. Plenty to do in Wroclaw and in the immediate area. We got a taxi to/from the airport, cost the equivalent of about £10. Breakfast in the hotel was good with plenty of options for everyone and enough seating. Really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend. Tip - while here get yourself to Iggy Pizza.

Stayed here for six nights and enjoyed it thoroughly from beginning to end. Location is excellent, minutes walk from the main square, shops and restaurants. Staff were all so helpful and friendly in the hotel, always polite. Bedroom was spacious and spotless. Ate in the bar on one night and the food was very nice. Had good fun with the girls in the bar, unfortunately we didn't get any names. Definitely recommend the hotel for anyone visiting. The airport is approx 25 minutes away also.
